The Oyate Omniciye | Vision & 12 Initiatives were not created out-of-thin-air but were are the result of numerous interviews, meetings & interactions between the people of Pine Ridge Indian Reservation and the Oyate Omniciye | Planning Team. The Vision or better yet, the "POWER TO CHANGE" has went many revisions throughout the planning project but is now set-in-stone.
